Description

The quote in the title Honey I rearranged the collection, originally the name of a group of works by the American artist Allen Ruppersberg, already shows the collage-like working method on which Peter Baron's poems are based. Based on predominantly contemporary attitudes of visual artists from Martina Abramovic to David Zink Yi, but also fictitious artist references from literature, lyrical texts were created in the field of tension between research and free association. The author continues to see the text collages as visual works, as a form of lyrical reenactment. In this respect, the book design is divided into 20 lyrical rooms whose titles refer to real exhibitions of the last 20 years. The "exhibition" can be "entered" through an imaginary foyer, which both welcomes and bids farewell to the visitor with an essay by Friedmann Harzer.
