Gunnar Riemer
Gunnar Riemer was born in Regensburg in 1962 and lived in Tehran for five years in his youth. He studied medicine in Erlangen, Vienna and Rennes, is married and has two children. He was influenced medically and scientifically primarily by his work in Norway, where he treated people with rare diseases at a competence center. Until the end of 2023 he ran a neurological practice in Berlin-Schöneberg. He has been a passionate painter since childhood, focusing on landscape painting in watercolor. In his paintings he tries to reflect the peace and harmony of nature.
