Patrick Hattenberg
Patrick Hattenberg lives with his wife Svantje and their two children in his adopted home of Schleswig-Holstein. He studied psychology in Kiel and works in the Psychological Service of the German Armed Forces. In his role as a troop psychologist, he accompanies soldiers on foreign missions all over the world. He is an expert in extreme psychology and resilience. He works as a systemic therapist in his own practice. In his poetry, he verbalises life inside and outside his own skin and everything that makes up this life in contact between the extremes of war and love. His poetry is inspired by his own extreme experiences.
