Patrick Aubert was born in Paris, France. He lives and works between Paris and Italy as an artist and printmaker.
Aubert participates in many printmaking workshops in the US, Canada, France, Italy and Turkey. His work is represented in public collections such as the Bibliothèque nationale de France and the print cabinet in Bagnacavallo, Italy. His prints have also been shown in many international exhibitions. Aubert’s works are dedicated to artist books, exlibris, and many prints using various intaglio techniques, traditional and contemporary.
For many years he has been doing research on and practicing lowtoxic techniques of printmaking.
