Mitch Cohen

Mitch Cohen, born in 1952 in California, studied Philosophy and English at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has lived in Germany since 1975. He is an author, translator, and editor for English in Berlin.

Mitch Cohen and Wolfgang Heyder jointly translate poetry, including Kenneth Rexroth’s “A Bestiary” and Sam Hamill’s “Fatal Pleasure”, both with Corvinus-Presse, Berlin. They are currently translating poems by Michael Hannon and Alan Stephens.
