Jutta Habedanck
Jutta Habedanck was born and raised in Lissabon, Portugal as the daughter of a German emigrant from the 30s. She studied art history, philosophy, Romance philology and scripts at the university of Mainz in Germany.. At the university for visual arts in Frankfurt (Main) ,“Städelschule”, she studied painting in professor J.G. Geyer’s course and graphics in professor Paul Eliasberg’s course.
Today, she lives and works with her husband the painter Kurt Nietzer near the Untermain surrounded by wild nature which is an important source of inspiration.
