Elisabeth Schneider

Elisabeth Schneider was born and raised in Hamburg, studied literature and politics at the FU Berlin, and subsequently worked as an editor for the taz and as an author of literary essays for radio. After several years abroad, she lived in Hamburg and since 1992 until today again in Berlin. She translated books for young people, wrote short stories, narratives and poems. In Hamburg she co-founded the non-profit "Radio Korah," and in Berlin she ventured onto Berlin cabarets with "Lyricals," her poems set to music. Now she is presenting her novel Nach dem Wassertag to the public.
